New messaging approach
The campaign messaging that has been developed has progressed from a features and functions argument to one of issues and pains – targeted at the board level – IT Management, Risk (BC) Managers and Finance and Operations Senior Management, increasing and broadening awareness and acceptance of Double-Take across the UK's Windows server marketplace.
We have broken up the complex argument of business continuity into simple manageable Double-Take 'win-win' arguments which will provide Double-Take Software partners with a stronger 'marketing foothold'.
Our messaging is based upon the idea of "Don't Leave It to Chance" and positions Double-Take as a critical business application. There are four main messages:
1. Practice what you preach
Centred around a bad practice versus best practice argument
2. Assumption will be your un-doing
Focusing on mis-communication
3. Your belief will be challenged
Arguing the importance of data availability
4. Chance favours the prepared
Centred on emergency access to your data
The messaging we have created is much broader and can, we hope, be used along side existing partner messaging.
